Floor and wall
Floor – standard dimensions
The standard format assortment reaches from 30x30 to 120x120cm. The edges of the tiles are available with and without Chamfer. Standard formats are for many purposes combinable among each other. The thickness of the tiles is 1.0 cm. Tiles with a thickness of 2.0 and 3.0 cm made with a processed edge are used for example as platform edge panels. As access floor panels or in exhibition stand construction the material underlines his qualities through extreme load bearing capacity even with large dimension substructures.
Floor – special dimensions
The cutting of free form parts is accomplished using water jet technology. Geometrical as well as figure type forms are possible. Existing plan details are transferred by us to CAD and Waterjet while observing format and waste-optimization. The individually tailored parts including necessary matching tiles are delivered ready to install. Extensive cutting on site is eliminated.
Wall panelling
Whether in public rooms, shop construction or in the private environment: everywhere, where hard-wearing surfaces in conjunction with aesthetic and practical advantages are required, OBJECT STONE offers a long-lasting also as wall panelling a long life matt or high gloss optic combined with extraordinary strength. Stairs
Thanks to large slab dimensions and the improved bending resistance given in engineered quartz stone with a thickness thinner as possible with natural stone, engineered quartz stone has secured it‘s permanent place as a stair construction material. With dimensions up to 3.0 meters in length and extreme hardness (5-8 on the Mohs Scale of hardness) as well as impact, scratch and wear resistance, the material offers a wide spectrum of possible applications when hard-wearing, technically persuasive and aesthetically pretentious solutions are demanded.
Stone tops
Kitchen work tops
Through the interaction between natural quartz crystals and dirt repelling polymers an especially smooth, nonporous surface is created, giving our qualities of engineered stone a very hygienic, easy to clean and to maintain surface. A sealant is not applied to the finished stone and is in addition impact, break and scratch resistant as well as acid and heat-resistant.
