Tiles

OBJECT STONE tiles are available in standard formats. The edges of the tiles are slightly chamfered. The standard formats have multiple combination capabilities. The thickness of the tiles is predominantly 1.0 cm. The tiles in the thicknesses 1.0 cm are suitable for use on access floor panels. The required industry tolerances are easily achieved.
OBJECT STONE tiles are also available in large dimensions up to 120 x 120 cm with chamfered edges. They require however a more effort during installation.
Special detailing

The special detailing of so-called free form parts is carried out using water-jet technology, both figure cutting (Globe) and geometrical (Traffic routes) forms are possible. Your plans are realised using Cad with consideration for waste and format related criteria by CAD. The corresponding costs are determined and made known to you. In the event of order, the individually detailed parts are supplied, including necessary ready to install matching tiles. Extensive, site cutting is no longer necessary.
Skirting
![]()
The length of skirting corresponds as a rule to the dimension of the floor tiles being used. The skirting elements have a polished upper visible edge which is chamfered.
Slabs – Special sizes

OBJECT STONE slabs with the raw dimensions of tiles 125 x 125cm create the starting point for standard dimensions. Rectangular cuts as well as radial cuts are possible.
The large slabs in the raw dimension of 305 x 140 x 1.3, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 (sandwiched) cm thickness are used for producing kitchen counter, vanity and counter tops. Stair systems can be made with step and riser as well as landings in the thickness 3.0 and 2.0 cm.
Stairs

The STONE.De material is especially suitable for use on internal stairs due to its' outstanding physical qualities. The tread and riser are both available in the thickness of 10, 13, 20 and 30 mm.
Edges and ends can be finished as described in the page Edge Profiles. For an increase in slip resistance we recommend the use of a sand-blasted strip or the insert of a stainless steele profile. Both processes can be
made either complete or with stops on the end.
Our CAD section will transfer provided dimensions of the raw stairs with information of the desired protrusions, edge finishing etc. into workable information for finishing. The same will be done for templates we receive,
preferably free of deviations.
Formate stone tops
Work tops – Counter coverings

Work tops, bar tops, counter tops as well as vanity tops are made in respect to the specified dimensions and special finishing requirements from large slabs of the dimension 300 x 136 x 1.3cm, 2.0 cm and 3.0 cm thickness. OBJECT STONE System slabs, identified under the product classification OS-SLS (Sandwich Light System) are available in the same form as massive slabs for the further processing. With this system it is a question of the 1.3 cm thick, large dimensional slabs with light-foam-panels permanently applied to reverse side of the slab. With this system slab, work pieces with mitre joints can be made with edge options of 4.0 cm, 6.0 cm, 8.0 cm and 10.0 cm. (See also edge profile overview)
Back-walls – Backsplashes

Back-walls for bars, vanity tops and kitchens are also made from the slab sizes as mentioned above in the thickness 1.3 and 2.0 cm. The maximum length of a backsplash strip is 300 cm. The height is free selectable but normally runs between 4.0 and 10.0 cm. The backsplash has a finished upper visible edge and is chamfered.
Cut-outs

Our cut-out program data covers all standard E-devices, as well as sinks and wash basins for top, under and level installations. A finishing in accordance with a provided template is also possible.
Made to order – Accessories
Drain surfaces with sloped run-off can be glued in or made by grinding. The insert of stainless steel profiles e.g. tray slides is also possible. Upon request devices and basins are mounted in the factory.
